Step 01
A 45-degree incision is made along the hairline in a zigzag manner to protect hair follicles, and the scalp is delicately exfoliated while preserving the frontalis muscle and superior orbital nerve .
Step 02
The peeled part is pulled forward to excise a certain amount of forehead skin, and the skull and scalp periosteum are firmly fixed in both directions at 5 to 8 points .
Step 03
